1. General Terms

3.6 Currency

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.4 Consequences of Account Closure for Breach

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any service provided on it. This includes — but is not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses arising from technical faults, game errors, service interruptions, or any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers
